MyBizBOSS and its associates ("we," "us," or "our") operate this marketing website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

This policy covers only the MyBizBOSS marketing website. It does not cover any other products, services, or websites we may operate or link to.

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit it through a form on this site. Our demo request form collects:

  • Last name (required)
  • Work email address (required)
  • Company name (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • How many people record time (optional, selected from a range)
  • Whether you use Sage 300 CRE (optional)
  • How your crews record time today (optional, free text)

We do not collect information about you passively, automatically, or in the background. We do not use cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics tools, or tracking pixels of any kind on this site. We do not build profiles, assign identifiers, or fingerprint your device or browser.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or request
  • Follow up with you about our services
  • Communicate with you in connection with a business relationship

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site. These services may receive limited information about your visit as a technical byproduct of how they work.

Google Fonts

Netlify (Hosting and Form Handling)

This site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes request-level data (such as IP addresses and server logs) as part of delivering the site to your browser. Netlify also receives and stores the information you submit through our form, which we access through their dashboard. Google Workspace (Business Communications)

We use Google Workspace to manage our business email and internal communications. When you submit a form, a notification containing your information is delivered to and stored in our Google Workspace mailbox. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf under Google's data processing terms. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any other third-party services, plugins, embeds, chat widgets, social media buttons, or analytics platforms on this site.

No Cookies or Tracking

This site does not use cookies. It does not use local storage, session storage, or any other browser-based storage mechanism. It does not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or any technology designed to identify, follow, or profile visitors. There is nothing to accept or opt out of.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for up to two years from our last contact with you. This applies both to form submissions stored by Netlify and to the related emails in our Google Workspace mailbox.

After that period, we delete or anonymize it unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

Your Rights

If you are a US resident, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to correct inaccurate information.

International Visitors

This site is intended for users in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the US, you do so at your own discretion, and your information will be processed in the United States.
